We’re headquartered in Seattle’s Pioneer Square neighborhood in the historic Occidental Square. It’s an office environment packed with snacks and laughs. Plus, we’re regulars at more than a dozen terrific coffee shops within walking distance.
We believe in being an integral part of the communities we serve. With strong roots in Eugene, OR, and a growing portfolio up and down the I-5 corridor, we decided to open our Portland office. In a work-from-home world, it’s important for our Oregon and Washington teams to have boots on the ground to contribute to our neighborhoods. Our new office is a hub where any Fun Person can work, meet, and collaborate. We’re located in NW Portland between Nob Hill and Slabtown, buzzing with craft brews, bites, and coffee shops!

We’ve mentioned our “secret sauce” before, but what about our upper hand? It’s Blanton Turner’s very own Flex Team, an upgraded team of leasing agents and managers ready to step in and help at any moment. They’re flexible (get it?), knowledgeable, and bring with them the Fun People spirit to every community they visit. On-boarding a property? Flex Team will help set it up for success. Leasing up a brand-new building? Flex Team has been instrumental at multiple lease-ups in the past year. For everything in between, our Flex Team will get the job done.

Sustainability Committee
We work with our clients to set data-driven goals for our buildings that enhance the performance of the building and mitigate future risks. We do this through the iterative process; asset evaluation, goal setting, development, and deployment of measures.
Changing policies, evolving technology, and increasing market demand continue to drive changes in asset performance and tenant expectations within the larger metro areas. Our in-house Director of Sustainability, Jesse Anderson, is up to speed on the latest green technology and policies and brings over nine years of experience working with sustainability in the real estate industry and is ready to work with you to curate the best strategy for your building.
