The Regional Manager is responsible for managing a group of properties that may include, but is not limited to: university housing, deep green housing, multi-family housing, mixed-use housing, affordable housing, commercial (retail and/or office) in the Puget Sound region. Your key tasks are managing portfolio financial performance, directing managers and staff, and communicating key information to property Owners and principals of Blanton Turner. Through strategic insight and collaboration, you will enhance efficiency and financial performance (and morale!).

Blanton Turner manages properties like the multi-million dollar businesses they are, and the role of the portfolio manager is to ensure that each property in the portfolio operates at optimal speed.  The Regional Manager is responsible for staffing, training, supervising, and supporting all of the staff and vendors used by each of the properties in the portfolio. In addition, the Regional Manager ensures the relationship with the property owner is positive and strategic, and that the owner’s objectives are met.

This position requires both managerial and leadership skills, and is pivotal to the success of Blanton Turner, its employees, and its clients.  A Regional Manager at Blanton Turner is responsible for upholding and adding to the reputation of Blanton Turner.
